Ultimate Rietfontein Tropical Punch Pound Cake

How to make it
- Begin by preheating the oven to 180°C and greasing the pan.
- In a medium-sized bowl, add the ingredients one by one.
- Gently mix with a whisk until well incorporated.
- Add batter to the prepared pan.
- Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until a cake tester inserted into the centre comes out clean.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes in the pan before turning out onto a cooling rack.
For the glaze
- In a pan, mix together the Rietfontein Tropical Punch Juice and sugar then stir until well combined.
- Pierce the cake all over with a skewer and then pour over the glaze.
- Cut it and enjoy.
